Kathleen’s Restaurant is expanding its services to include additional, smaller dining areas. There has been a steady increase in the number of requests for smaller, more imitate rooms to accommodate showers, rehearsal dinners, business functions, family gatherings, holiday parties and private dining.    At the same time, the demand for a fine dining facility has diminished.    Mike Bierlein, owner of Apple Mountain, announced the renovations in The Dining Room at Kathleen's beginning Tuesday, February 7th.    Kathleen’s Mountain View will be open Tuesday through Saturday starting at 5:00 p.m.  During this time, lunch will not be available. The Golf Course, Conference Center and Ski Slopes will be open for business as usual.
