From I-75 North, take U.S. 10 West to Freeland/Saginaw Exit (M-47). Follow M-47 through Freeland to Tittabawassee Road. Turn West (right) on Tittabawassee Road. At the first 4-way stop (N. River Rd.), turn left (South). Entrance to Apple Mountain is located on the right hand side three quarters of a mile from the N. River Rd. and Tittabawassee Rd. intersection. From I-75 South, exit I-675 to Tittabawassee Road exit; Turn West (left) on Tittabawassee Rd. Follow Tittabawassee Road for 12 miles across the river to N. River Rd. On N. River Rd. turn South (left) entrance to Apple Mountain is located on the right hand side three quarters of a mile from the N. River Rd. and Tittabawassee Rd. intersection.

From U.S. 10 South, take the Freeland/Saginaw Exit to M-47 (Midland Road). Follow M-47 through Freeland to Tittabawassee Road. Turn West (right) on Tittabawassee; at the first 4-way stop (N. River Rd.) turn left. Entrance to Apple Mountain is located on the right hand side three quarters of a mile from the N. River Rd. and Tittabawassee Rd. intersection. From I-69 (Lansing), East to M-52; North to M-46 (Gratiot Road). Turn East (right) on M-46. Follow M-46 to N. River Rd. Turn North (left) on N. River Rd. The entrance to Apple Mountain is located seven miles from the intersection of M-46 and N. River Rd.
