Food & Beverage

Banquet Captain/Supervisor

Banquet Captains are responsible for supervision of banquet staff in providing prompt and efficient service while abiding by the itinerary set forth by the client, events manager(s) and upper management. Banquet Captains are expected to participate in leading and setting events up including moving tables, setting tables and chairs, buffet set-up, bar set-up, etc.

Requirements:

  • Knowledge and experience in all aspects of banquet food service, including coordination with the kitchen, anticipating guests needs and the ability to work without direction supervision is expected.
  • Ability to read and interpret Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) and follow instructions.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks at once.
  • Must be of legal age to serve alcohol.
  • Must be available to work nights, weekends and holidays.

Hours may vary with seasonal business fluctuations.

 

Server

Currently hiring for positions in banquets and the Mountain View Restaurant. 

Requirements:

  • Experience working in a fast-paced restaurant or banquet setting is preferred.
  • Ability to carry and maneuver food and beverage trays.
  • Must be of legal age to serve alcohol.
  • Must be available to work nights, weekends and holidays.

Bartender

Currently hiring for positions in banquets and the Mountain View Restaurant. 

Requirements:

  • Experience working in a fast-paced restaurant or banquet setting is preferred.
  • Strong product and preparation knowledge of beer, wine and spirits.
  • Ability to carry and maneuver trays and bar products.
  • Must be of legal age to serve alcohol.
  • Must be available to work nights, weekends and holidays.

Golf F&B Service Staff

Golf F&B service staff members are cross-trained to work at Putter's Pointe Café, the Halfway House and the Beverage Cart.

Requirements:

  • Experience working in a food and beverage service setting is preferred. 
  • Knowledge of proper golf course etiquette.
  • Ability to carry and maneuver food and beverage products to properly stock work area.
  • Must possess a valid drivers license and be of legal age to serve alcohol.
  • Must be available to work nights, weekends and holidays with open availability from April through October.

Pantry Cook / Expo

Requirements:

  • 1 to 2 years of experience working in a fast-paced culinary environment is preferred.
  • Experience with food prep, salads, sandwiches and dessert plating is plus, but if not applicant must be willing to learn.
  • The ideal candidate may be trained to assist as both a pantry cook and expo as business cycles necessitate.
  • Must be of legal age to use commercial kitchen equipment.
  • Must be available to work nights, weekends and holidays.

Line Cook

Requirements:

  • 1 to 2 years of experience working in a fast-paced culinary environment.
  • Grill and sauté experience in a line style setting is strongly preferred, but if not applicant must be willing to learn.
  • Must be available to work nights, weekends and holidays.

Golf Course Maintenance

Requirements:

  • Preference will be given to applicants familiar with the game of golf, previous golf course experience is preferred.
  • Possess a strong work ethic, be detail oriented, able to follow directions well.
  • Candidates must enjoy working outside in all weather conditions and be reliable.
  • Must possess a valid drivers license.
  • Must be available to work a varying schedule based on the needs of the golf course with availability from April through October.
